SCBOE approves new principal for Montevallo High School

MONTEVALLO – Former Helena High School administrative assistant and Calera High School assistant principal Steve Bromley has been approved to serve as the next principal at Montevallo High School.
Bromley was approved as the MHS principal by the Shelby County Board of Education at the latest board meeting on Wednesday, July 3.
Bromley has 17 years of experience in education and currently serves as the assistant principal at Calera High School. Prior to that, he served as an administrative assistant at Helena High School for several years.
Bromley earned a bachelor’s degree in physical education from the University of Alabama and a master’s degree in educational leadership from Arkansas State University.
