Authorities ask for help finding three minors

CHELSEA – Local authorities are asking for the public’s help in finding three minors who left a residential facility in Shelby County.
The facility, which was not named, has been unable to locate the minors, who left on separate occasions, according to a release from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office.
The minors are:
- Lindsey Windham, a 17-year-old white female standing 5-feet, 4-inches tall with brown hair and blue eyes. Windham may be in the Mobile County area. Her picture is included with this report. She is missing from Chelsea and was last seen on April 5.
- Monique Perdue, a 16-year-old black female standing 5-feet, 2-inches tall with black hair and brown eyes. Perdue may be in the Birmingham/Trussville area. No picture is available.
- Timothy Lovell Clemons, a 14-year-old black male standing 6 feet tall with black hair and brown eyes. No picture is available.
