Barbara Higgins, age 85, of Columbiana, residing at Columbiana Health and Rehabilitation passed away Saturday, June 15.

The visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 18 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Wednesday, June 19 at 11 a.m., at Bethlehem Baptist Church with Rev. Terry Kelley officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Creek Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Higgins is preceded in death by her husband, John Higgins; son, Jeffrey Lynn Higgins; daughter, Faye Fletcher.

She is survived by her daughter, Charlotte Smith (Kenneth); sons, Terry “Bubba” Cole (Kathy), Donnie Higgins (Becky), Tim Higgins (Lisa); 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.

Mrs. Higgins worked at Suluria Cotton Mill and attended Foley Church of God.
