Haley Leshea Pate, age 28, of Columbiana, passed away Tuesday, May 21.

The visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Friday, May 24 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 25 at the funeral home with Pastor Steve Roberson officiating. Burial will follow at Shelby Garden of Rest. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Miss Pate is survived by her children, Payten Willis and Blake Moore; mother, Paula Moore Burgess (Carlon); father, Ronny Pate; grandmothers, Linda M. Moore and Glenda Pate; brothers, Colt Pate and Johnny Pate.
