Rev. Billie Franklin, age 76, of Shelby, passed away Tuesday, May 21.

The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Friday, May 24 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Friday, May 24 at the funeral home with Rev. Phillip Rush officiating. Burial will follow at Columbiana City Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.
