The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from April 26-May 1:
April 26
–Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Olmsted Street, Birmingham.
–Property damage from the 11000 block of Shelby County 47, Chelsea.
–Death investigation from the 15000 block of Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.
–Property damage from the 1900 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby. Property damage was done to a driver’s side mirror.
–Death investigation from the 1900 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.
–Criminal mischief third degree from the 2900 block of Shelby County 311, Shelby. Multiple pieces of flooring and part of a closet wall valued at $500 were damaged.
–Property damage from the 5000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.
–Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 2100 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.
–Miscellaneous incident from the 5100 block of Jameswood Drive, Birmingham.
–Identity theft from the 200 block of Chesser Reserve Drive, Chelsea.
–Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 8000 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A Smith & Wesson M&P 45 valued at $650 was stolen.
–Miscellaneous incident from the 9800 block of North Main Street, Wilsonville.
–Identity theft from the 100 block of Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby.
April 27
–Drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Stoneridge Lane, Sterrett.
–Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Hillside Lane, Westover.
–Domestic investigation from the 5500 block of Heath Row Drive, Birmingham.
–Discharging firearm into occupied vehicle from the 200 block of McClure Drive, Wilsonville.
–Miscellaneous incident from the 3300 block of Shelby County 93, Helena.
–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and illegal possession of prescription drugs from Shelby County 30 at Shelby County 61, Wilsonville.
–Miscellaneous incident-animal attack from the 100 block of Narrows Point Court, Birmingham.
–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A Memphis sub in plain box wood and a Pyramid 1000-watt amplifier were stolen.
–Theft of property second degree from the 3000 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana. Chains totaling 200 feet valued at $200, two roll blocks valued at $200, a set of tow lights valued at $250, miscellaneous tools, a lock out kit valued at $250 and two tow pads valued at $300 were stolen.
–Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. 280, Birmingham.
–Identity theft from the 4000 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby.

April 28
–Miscellaneous incident from U.S. 280 at Chelsea Road, Chelsea.
–Miscellaneous incident/property damage from the 1600 block of Shelby County 32, Chelsea.
–Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 43 at Alabama 25, Vandiver.
–Driving under the influence and domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 100 block of Shelby County 400, Shelby.
–Theft of property fourth degree from Merrell Lane, Shelby. A K12 kid’s laptop computer valued at $300 was stolen.
–Disorderly conduct from the 1900 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville.
–Harassing communications from Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham.
–Reckless endangerment and damage to property from Shelby County 145 at Briarvale Road, Columbiana. A windshield and frame of a white Jeep Wrangler was damaged.
–Reckless endangerment and damage to property from Shelby County 145 at Briarvale Road, Columbiana. The windshield of a blue Dodge Ram was damaged.
–Violation of a protection order from the 100 block of Gibson Road, Columbiana.
–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 260 and Tulip Lane, Maylene.
–Permitting dogs to run at large from the 5000 block of Shady Cove, Birmingham.
–Allowing dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby.
–Theft of property from the 80th block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea. An open top black utility trailer was stolen valued at $1,500.
–Theft of property and criminal mischief from the 3000 block of Shelby County 10, Montevallo. A tan recliner valued at $700, a metal black fan valued at $50, two wrought iron tables with slate tops valued at $320, two box springs and mattresses valued at $500, 160 assorted DVDs and a hard rifle case were stolen.
–Domestic violence strangulation from the 4400 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby.
–Theft of property fourth degree from the 1200 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A registration sticker valued was stolen.
–Harassment from the 100 block of Davis Hawkins Street, Montevallo.
April 29
–Theft of property fourth degree from the 800 block of Shelby County 17, Montevallo. A weed eater valued at $150 was stolen.
–Resisting arrest from the 200 block of August Road, Columbiana.
–Hindering prosecution second degree from the 200 block of August Road, Columbiana.
–Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Shelby County 260 and Tulip Lane, Maylene.
–Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea. Miscellaneous donated clothes were stolen.
–Domestic investigation from Portobello Road, Birmingham.
–Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Dusty Way, Harpersville. Various jewelry items totaling $230 were stolen.
–Criminal mischief from the 2900 block of South River Road, Shelby.
–Unlawful possession of controlled substances from Shelby County 41 at U.S. 280, Birmingham.
–Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from Miller Circle, Birmingham.
–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene.
–Minor in possession of a tobacco product from Shelby County 11 at Mountain Crest Road, Chelsea. Two vape devices were confiscated.
–Identity theft from the 100 block of Miller Circle, Indian Springs.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous personal items totaling $179.36 were stolen.
–Harassment from Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.
April 30
–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 9700 block of Shelby County 17, Maylene.
–Death investigation from the 900 block of Glaze Road, Vincent.
–Theft of property fourth degree from U.S. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous merchandise totaling $203.27 were stolen.
–Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Lakeview Drive, Leeds. A 2013 black Toyota RAV4 was damaged.
–Miscellaneous incident from Chelsea Road at U.S. 280, Chelsea. Damage was done to a 2004 Jeep Liberty.
–Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from the 3300 block of Afton Lane, Birmingham. A 2007 GMC Sierra was damaged.
–Destruction of state property from 380 McDow Road at Shelby County Jail, Columbiana.
–Violation of domestic violence protection order and domestic violence-harassment from the 100 block of Lakeview Drive, Leeds.
–Domestic violence third degree-harassing communications from the 500 block of Reach Drive, Birmingham.
–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property fourth degree from the 21000 block of Hillbum Drive, Birmingham.
–Death investigation from the 1400 block of Hughes Road, Columbiana.

May 1
–Theft of property fourth degree from the 4000 block of Park Crossing Drive, Chelsea. Four posts valued at $20 each and eight woodtone valued at $25 each were stolen.
–Harassment from the 3000 block of Shelby County 13, Helena.
–Indecent exposure from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
–False reporting to law enforcement authorities from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana.
–Minor in possession of alcohol from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.
–Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 500 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene.
–Domestic violence-harassment from the 2500 block of Magnolia Place, Birmingham.
–Theft by deception from the 9500 block of Old Highway 280, Chelsea. Cash totaling $545.02 was stolen.
–Miscellaneous incident from Cardwell Circle, Montevallo.
–Theft of property from the 100 block of 1st avenue, Shelby. Miscellaneous tools valued at $3,800 and a 2005 yellow Chevrolet Cavalier valued at $2,200 was stolen.
