ALABASTER – Area families looking to spend some quality time together while enjoying a family friendly movie will have a chance to do so at Creek View Elementary School in early May.
The school’s parent-teacher organization will hold its family movie night sponsored by Target on Friday, May 3, beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the CVES cafeteria. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m., and the PTO will be selling traditional movie concessions and pizza to benefit the CVES special education department.
The school recently asked students to vote for their favorite movie in the CVES library, and the kids chose “Ralph Breaks the Internet,” which will be the film featured during the family movie night.
A book fair will be set up in the school’s library during the event.
Parents are asked to stay with their children throughout the event.
