Edith Minor, age 91, of Chelsea, passed away Friday, April 12.

The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Monday, April 15 at Redemption Church at K-Springs. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at the church with Pastor Aaron Knight and Rev. Frank Verdi officiating. Burial will follow at K-Springs Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Minor retired after many years of service with Sears.

Mrs. Minor is preceded in death by her husband, Elzie Cecil Minor; grandson, Tyler Vaughan; and siblings, James, Polly, Grady Jr., Wade, and Betty.

She is survived by her children, Cheryl Verdi (Rev. Frank), Steve Minor (Vicki), and Scott Minor (Sharon); grandchildren, Joni Vaughan (Jeff), Jill Walden (Jerry), Amanda Lee (Travis), and Gracie Minor; four great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; sister, Peggy Jo; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
