The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Feb. 6-11

 

Feb. 6

–Driving under the influence of alcohol from U.S. 280 at Boardman Drive, Chelsea.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 3000 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 31000 block of Alabama 25, Wilsonville.

–Criminal mischief from the 400 block of Lake Chelsea Way, Chelsea. House siding was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 600 block of Camp Branch Road, Alabaster. A left front tire on a 2017 Nissan Versa was damaged.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 500 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

–Identity theft and theft of property from the 1000 block of Hermitage Circle, Birmingham. A $500 loan and $54 from a bank account was stolen.

–Theft of property from the 100 block of Gable Lane, Montevallo. A Galaxy S 7 valued at $1,000, a black motor cycle jacket valued at $150, six Glade plug in air fresheners valued at $3 and a candle valued at $20 were stolen.

–Burglary from the 2900 block of Black Horse Bend, Birmingham. Assorted jewelry valued at $200, a brown jewelry box with red velvet inside valued at $150 and $2,500 was done to a rear door of a residence.

–Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 100 block of Elyton Drive, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Harassment from the 4700 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea.

 

Feb. 7

–Theft of property from the 6000 block of Club Place, Birmingham. A 2004 Ford Expedition valued at $3,000 was stolen.

–Domestic violence-criminal mischief from the 100 block of Greenbriar Place, Chelsea.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3500 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham. A Louis Vuitton wallet valued at $50, U.S currency totaling $20, a victim’s driver’s license valued at $30 and a victim’s flex spending insurance card were stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3500 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham. A black leather wallet valued at $50, a debit card, the victim’s driver’s license valued at $30, two social security cards and various insurance cards were stolen.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3500 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from the 2000 block of Shelby Forest Cove, Chelsea.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Shelby County 32, Chelsea.

–Trespassing from the 700 block of U.S. 31, Saginaw.

–Domestic investigation from Memory Lane, Alabaster.

–Civil dispute from the 100 block of King Valley Drive, Pelham.

–Attempting to elude and resisting arrest from Shelby County 100, Jemison.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 3900 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo.

–Domestic violence-harassing communications from the 2000 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville.

–Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle, criminal mischief third degree and theft of property fourth degree from the 2900 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. $200 cash, a credit union card, an Alabama driver’s license and a credit card were stolen. A driver’s side window was broken valued at $300.

–Leaving the scene of an accident from the 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham. A 2014 gray Nissan Sentra was damaged.

–Miscellaneous information from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Harassing communications, stalking second degree and assault third degree from the 1300 block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

–Disorderly conduct from the 4700 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham.

–Property damage from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana.

–Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Evergreen Road, Shelby.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 5600 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham.

–Harassment and criminal mischief from Budget Inn and Suites, Birmingham.

–Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Grant Street, Wilton.

–Duty to remain on scene of an accident from Chesser Drive at Stanley Drive, Chelsea.

–Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 4100 block of Shelby County 39, Chelsea. A 2016 silver Nissan Sentra was damaged.

–Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Sharpe Street, Sterrett.

–Criminal trespass from the 700 block of Reynolds Road, Vincent.

–Violation of a protection from abuse order from the 22000 block of Alabama 25, Columbiana.

–Domestic violence third degree-assault from the 600 block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville.

–Theft of property from the 6000 block of Shelby County 51, Wilsonville. A collector’s Coke machine valued at $4,000 and assorted furniture and other items valued at $1,500 were stolen.

–Theft of property from the 4400 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby. A 2009 Kawasaki KX 450F valued at $4,000 was stolen.

–Rape from the 1700 block of Alston Farm Road, Columbiana.

–Fraudulent use of a credit card and theft of property from the 11000 block of U.S. 280, Harpersville. U.S. currency totaling $5,000 was stolen.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 3900 block of Westover Road, Sterrett.

 

Feb. 9

–Criminal trespass third degree and public intoxication from Green Lane, Shelby.

–Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. Merchandise totaling $255.46 was stolen from Walmart.

–Resisting arrest from the 1900 block of Shelby County 75, Calera.

–Allowing dogs to run at large from the 16000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett.

–Leaving the scene of an accident from U.S. 280 at Alabama 119, Birmingham. A 2014 gray Nissan Versa was totaled.

–Public intoxication from Chism Circle, Montevallo.

–Miscellaneous incident from Shelby County 86 at Hiawatha Road, Calera.

–Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 300 block of Arabian Road, Columbiana.

–Identity theft from the 1100 block of Chelsea Park Trail, Chelsea. More than $600 was stolen from a debit card.

–Death investigation from the 300 block of Arabian Road, Columbiana.

–Miscellaneous incident-runaway juvenile from the 2000 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

–Miscellaneous information-property damage from the 10000 block of North Main Street, Wilsonville. A 2008 Chevy Impala was damaged.

–Miscellaneous information-found property from Beeswax Park, Columbiana. A brown wallet was recovered.

–Domestic investigation from Alabama 119 at Heardmont Park, Birmingham.

–Domestic investigation from Chism Circle, Montevallo.

–Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Rich Drive, Chelsea.

–Theft of property from the 100 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A package of promotional balance transfer checks written for more than $2,500 was stolen.

–Theft of property and fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

–Domestic violence third degree-harassment from the 1600 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

–Theft of property first degree from the 9500 block of Shelby County 11, Chelsea. A white 2002 Chevrolet S10 and miscellaneous power tools valued at $1,000 were stolen.

–Death investigation from the 100 block of Spring Creek Way, Shelby.

–Harassment from the 100 block of Forest Lakes Parkway, Chelsea.

–Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea. A snowball vape valued at $150 was stolen.

–Dogs at large from the 3300 block of Shelby County 61, Columbiana.

–Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 1000 block of Shelby County 97, Columbiana.

–Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Queen Drive, Columbiana.

–Domestic violence-harassment from the 1700 block of Shelby County 77, Columbiana.

–Miscellaneous incident from the 7200 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham.

–Criminal trespass from the 5400 block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

–Fire investigation from the 3600 block of Shelby County 69, Chelsea.

–Identity theft from Lawley Drive, Alabaster.

–Domestic violence third degree from the 500 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster.

–Theft of property and unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 500 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham. A 2011 Hyundai Genesis was stolen.
