Lori Allison Lancaster, of Jemison, went home to be with the Lord Saturday, Sept. 15.

Lori was preceded in death by her father, James Scott.

She is survived by her mother, Peggy Scott; her husband, Butch Lancaster; children, Michael (Kasie) Thrash, Wesley Thrash, Tyler Thrash and Buddy (Robin) Lancaster; two grandchildren, Hailey Thrash and McKinnely Thrash.

She is also survived by her brother, Wendell (Dinah) Scott; sisters, Karen Tennyson, Judy (Steve) McGill and Beth Whitfield; along with several nieces and nephews.

Lori was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends and will be greatly missed.

There will be a visitation for Lori at Rockco Funeral Home in Montevallo on Monday, Sept. 17 from 6-8 p.m. Her funeral service will be Tuesday, Sept. 18 at Rockco Funeral Home at 12 p.m. Burial will follow at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo.
