Charles Langley, age 91, of Columbiana, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 5.

The visitation will be Friday, Sept. 7 from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 12 p.m., at the funeral home with Rev. Caleb Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Gardens. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Langley was a member of New Bethesda Baptist Church and worked for the Shelby County Highway Department.

Mr. Langley is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Langley; parents, Charlie and Alma Langley; and sisters, Ina Mae Shirley and Clara Price.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandra Armstrong (Robert); sisters, Lura Bell, Jeanette Wilson, Gladys Hand, Ruth Sandford; grandson, Keith Armstrong; granddaughter, Robyn (Scot) Armstrong; great granddaughter, Ashtyn Armstrong; and great grandson, Landon Armstrong.
