Jean Harless Partridge

Jean Harless Partridge, age 78, of Alabaster, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, Aug. 11, surrounded by family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Jean was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. L. Harless; her husband, James Lloyd Partridge, her sister, Peggy Harless Partridge, and her brother, Richard Dawson Harless.

She is survived by her brother, Ronnie (Janet) Harless and three sisters, Ann Harless Morris, Martha Harless (J. D.) Davis, and Paula Harless Barrier. She is also survived by her son, James Dennis Partridge; her daughter, Cynthia White (John) Ellison; her grandchildren, Lauren P. (Keeland) Scales, Tyler Nicholas Partridge, Zachary Kyle Partridge, Colin White; and two great grandchildren, Peighton Abbott and Kennedy Scales.

There will be a visitation for Mrs. Partridge on Tuesday, August 14, from 9-11 a.m. at the First Presbyterian Church of Alabaster. Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Harless Cemetery.
