Jack Stone, age 82, of Columbiana, passed away Saturday, July 7.

The visitation will be Friday, July 13 from 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Antioch Baptist Church. The funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. at the church with Rev. Phillip Rush and Rev. Joe Stone officiating. Burial will follow in the Alabama National Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Stone worked at Health South for 48 years. He also was a deacon at Antioch Baptist Church and a member of the Columbiana Kiwanis Club.

Mr. Stone is survived by his wife, Edna Stone; sons, James Michael Stone (Rebecca) and Jeffrey Scott Stone (friend Jon Albright); granddaughters, J’Dree Stone and Julie Stone; great grandson, Brantley Savage; brothers, James Hugh Stone (Mertice) and Joe Stone (Terry); and sisters, Peggy Weatherspoon and Joyce Payne (Charles).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Antioch Baptist Church or St. Jude Foundation.
