March 26

-Felony theft of property from the 200 Block of Rock Hill Drive. A vehicle valued at $3,500 was stolen.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 42500 Block of Hwy. 25, Vincent. Marijuana, pipe and cellular phone were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident/property damage from the 22000 Block of Hwy. 55, Sterrett. A vehicle was damaged.

-Public intoxication from the 2600 Block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 200 Block of Conroy Road, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 19000 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Harassment from the 300 Block of McGowan Road, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1800 Block of Hwy. 56, Wilsonville. Three used syringes were confiscated.

-Criminal mischief third from the 4900 Block of Chesapeake Circle, Birmingham. A catalytic converter valued at $250 was damaged.

-Financial exploitation of an elderly person from the 4500 Block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Felony assault from the 1900 Block of Hwy. 56, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1000 Block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Felony sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from the 2000 Block of Birkshire Lane, Hoover.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Mt Laurel Avenue, Birmingham.

-Felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Essex Drive, Chelsea. A collectable rooster, urn, computer with monitor, printer, chair and miscellaneous hand tools valued at a total of about $3,200 were stolen.

-Felony identity theft from the 3500 Block of Hwy. 22, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence third-harassment from the 15000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from Caldwell Mill Road in the area of Valleydale Road.

-Felony obstructing justice using false identity from U.S. 280 East at Hwy. 43, Chelsea.

-Menacing from the 5000 Block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of property fourth from the 1900 Block of Hwy. 46, Shelby. A phone valued at $30 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1400 Block of Hwy. 441, Wilsonville.

-Domestic violence investigation from the 600 Block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 Block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3400 Block of Gurney Mine Road.

-Harassment from the 100 Block of Hill Street, Wilsonville.

-Felony fraudulent use of a debit card from Birmingham.

-Felony burglary from the 3400 Block of Hwy. 37, Shelby. A game camera and VCR valued at a total $125 were stolen.

-Felony fraudulent use of a debit or credit card and theft of property fourth from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. An amplifier valued at $420 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property first from the 100 Block of First Avenue, Sterrett. $7,343 was stolen.

-Felony transmitting obscene material to a child by computer from the 500 Block of Hwy. 69, Chelsea.

-Harassment from the 2000 Block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications and violation of domestic violence protection order from the 2100 Block of Hwy. 32, Columbiana.

-Theft of property fourth from the 100 Block of Old Buttermilk Road, Montevallo. A jump box, saw, grinder and trash can valued at a total of about $280 were stolen.

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 Block of Highgate Hill, Indian Springs.

-Felony theft of property third from the 15000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. About $1,150 was stolen.

-Theft of property fourth from the 1900 Block of Hwy. 46, Shelby. A phone valued at $30 was stolen.

-Menacing from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 42, Shelby.

 

March 28

-Felony theft of property from Ash Avenue at Seventh Street, Bessemer. A vehicle was recovered.

-Felony theft of property and criminal trespass from the 2200 Block of Hwy. 50, Vandiver. Two trailers and a wire feeder valued at a total of about $8,000 were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 300 Block of McGowin Road, Wilsonville. A dog valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-runaway juvenile from the 500 Block of Ozley Road, Alabaster.

-Assault from the 11000 Block of Hwy. 17, Montevallo.

-Domestic violence third-harassment from the 11000 Block of Hwy. 17, Montevallo.

-Miscellaneous information-suicide attempt from the 4000 Block of Old Caldwell Mill Road.

-Theft of property fourth from the 3000 Block of Inverness Lane. $400 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from the 200 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana. A vehicle and sally port gate were damaged.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1200 Block of Hwy. 81, Vincent.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 3500 Block of Hwy. 22, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 1600 Block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from Jaybird Lane at Cox Lane, Alabaster. A power pole was damaged.

-Theft of property fourth from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A charger, candle and other items valued at a total of about $130 were stolen and recovered.

-Felony domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation and felony domestic violence-assault from the 300 Block of Brookhighland Lane, Birmingham. A vehicle sustained an estimated $1,000 in damage.

-Domestic investigation from the 80 Block of Old Buttermilk Road, Montevallo.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from an unlisted location.

-Theft of property and harassment from Oak Mountain State Park, Pelham. A phone valued at $200 was stolen.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1200 Block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass from the 500 Block of Hwy. 8, Wilton.

-Domestic violence third-reckless endangerment from the 0 Block of Chelsea Pointe Drive, Chelsea.

-Receiving stolen property fourth from Waxahatchee Circle, Shelby. Lawn equipment valued at $125 were stolen and recovered.

-Miscellaneous incident-missing juvenile found from the 5300 Block of Old Hwy. 280, Sterrett.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 200 Block of Lake Paradise Drive, Columbiana. ATV tires, portable speaker, laptop computer, propane tank with torch, binoculars and two drills valued at a total of about $2,500 were stolen.

-Felony burglary from the 2400 Block of Hwy. 25, Wilton. Five cartons of cigarettes valued at about $300 were stolen, and the window at a business was damaged.

-Felony forgery from the 2000 Block of Shadow Oaks Circle, Wilsonville.

-Contributing to the delinquency of a child from the 7000 Block of Meadowlark Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony production of obscene matter of a person under 17 from the 1000 Block of Rock School Road, Harpersville.

-Criminal trespass and criminal mischief from the 4900 Block of Hwy. 28, Columbiana. Various household goods were damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 2500 Block of Heatherbrooke Road.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 800 Block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony theft of property from the 10 Block of Hwy. 431, Wilsonville. Various saws and drills valued at a total of about $680 were stolen.

-Missing person from the 500 Block of Kinnebrew Drive, Chelsea.

-Harassing communications from the 600 Block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea.

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 Block of Buckhorn Cove.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 4000 Building of Inverness Cliffs, Birmingham.

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from the 0 Block of Dusty Way Lot No. 18, Harpersville. Two saws were recovered.

-Property damage from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 47, Columbiana. A vehicle was damaged.

-False reporting to law enforcement from the 200 Block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. A pistol was confiscated.

-Death investigation from the 400 Block of Reach Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.
