Michael Carlisle, age 62, of Calera, passed away Sunday, April 1.

The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Friday, April 6 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Williams Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Carlisle is preceded in death by his mother, Norma Jean Carlisle; and brother, Barry Carlisle.

He is survived by his children, David Carlisle, Latosha Hodge (Dennis), and Alanda Carlisle; grandson, Alston Carlisle; step-granddaughter, Shannon Newman; great grandchildren, Ann Hodge and Mia Newman; father, Alfred Carlisle; and brothers, Garry Carlisle, Larry Carlisle (Keela), Shane Carlisle (Kimberly), and Shawn Carlisle.
