Margaret Vick Wright, age 76, of McCalla, surrounded by family, passed away peacefully Friday, March 23, due to symptoms of dementia.

The visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Tuesday, March 27 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2 p.m., at the funeral home with Rev. Lisa Shirley officiating. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Gardens. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Wright was born on Jan. 10, 1942 in Wilsonville. She is the daughter of Joseph and Sara Vick and was a graduate of Shelby County High School, class of 1961.

She was preceded in death by parents, Joseph and Sarah Vick; husbands, Hoyt Hicks and George Wright; sisters, Ann Posey, Betty Burch, Jo McLane, Dorothy Vick and Cindy Hallford; and nephew, Brian Busby.

Mrs. Wright is survived by her daughters, Kimra Snell (Jerry) and Terri Webb (Bobby); son, Randall Hicks; step son, Chance Wright; grandchildren, Page Quinn (Raymond), Bobby Webb Jr., Kayleigh Webb, Grant McClain, Derik and Brett Snell; great grandchildren, Grace Quinn, Adriana Webb, Georgia Quinn, Bryana Fredette, Jaxson Snell and Eli Snell; siblings, Nora Busby (Ed), Carson Vick (Jane), Raymond Vick (Ann), Lamar Vick (Beverly); and a host of nieces and nephews.
