Mary Sykes, age 73, of Calera, passed away Friday, March 16.

The visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Monday, March 19 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Tuesday, March 20 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Wayne Horton officiating. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Sykes is survived by her children, Joanna S. Roper, Tammy G. Williams, Steve Goble (Ellie), and Chris Sykes (Joan); six grandchildren and one great grandchild; brother, Charlie Hester; sisters, Barbara Livingston, Sue Banks; and a host of nieces, nephews and other friends and family.
