Feb. 12

-Felony theft of property first from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 280, Sterrett. A vehicle was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt and damage to property from U.S. Hwy. 280 East at Highland Lakes, Birmingham.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substances and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5200 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A container with medication, a syringe and digital scale were confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. Pipes used for smoking marijuana were destroyed.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 400 Block of Liberty Road, Chelsea.

-Theft of property fourth degree from 16077 Hwy. 280, Chelsea, at Walmart. An Alabama tag was stolen.

-Duty upon striking fixtures upon highway from the 100 Block of County Road 270, Maylene. A mailbox valued at $100 was damaged.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Saunders Bridge Road, Sterrett. A utility vehicle, chainsaw, two trimmers, weedeater and blower valued at a total of about $18,000 were stolen.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card from Hidden Ridge, Chelsea.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card from the 200 Block of Pea Ridge Drive, Montevallo.

-Fire investigation from the 200 Block of County Road 442, Westover. A single occupancy dwelling was burned.

-Felony fraudulent use of a credit card from the 100 Block of Hwy. 36, Chelsea. $2,979 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful possession of controlled substances and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5200 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A container with medication, a syringe and digital scale were confiscated.

-Death investigation from the 0 Block of Apache Drive, Wilsonville.

-Driving under the influence-alcohol and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officer from the 3100 Block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana.

-Civil dispute from the 300 Block of Talon Circle, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Birch Creek Drive, Birmingham.

-Felony willful abuse of a child under 18 years of age from the 1000 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5500 Block of Hwy. 25, Montevallo. A used syringe was damaged.

-Reckless endangerment from the 100 Block of Hwy. 453, Sterrett. A storage shed was damaged.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 100 Block of Hickory Wood Lane, Montevallo.

-Felony identity theft and felony fraudulent use of a credit card from the 4000 Block of Somerset Ridge, Birmingham. $4,080 in U.S. currency and $1,000 in cash advance were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering of vehicle from the 100 Block of Crossbrook Trail, Chelsea. A firearm valued at $500 was stolen.

-Felony domestic violence by strangulation or suffocation from the 12000 Block of Hwy. 43, Vandiver.

-Felony obstructing justice-false name from the 1500 Block of Hwy. 201, Calera.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A drill and stapler valued at about $300 were stolen.

-Harassment from the 9700 Block of Hwy. 55, Westover.

-Driving under the influence-alcohol from Hwy. 41 at Highland Lakes Road, Birmingham.

-Criminal trespass second from the 5300 Block of Hwy. 39, Chelsea.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Hwy. 280 at Hwy. 41, Birmingham. Synthetic marijuana was recovered.

-DUI-alcohol from Hwy. 280 at Chesser Road, Chelsea. A bottle of whiskey, firearm and bullets were recovered.

-Felony receiving stolen property first from the 10000 Block of Old Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A vehicle was recovered, and syringes, checks, driver’s license and key were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident-found property from the 1000 Block of Hwy. 17, Montevallo. A trailer was recovered.

-Felony receiving stolen property from The Country Store, 8044 Hwy. 155, Montevallo. $650 for a homemade utility trailer was stolen.

-Domestic violence-harassment and interference with a domestic violence emergency call from the 4600 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

 

Feb. 18

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 5800 Block of Chelsea Road, Columbiana. A purse, medication, checks and $200 were stolen.

-Harassment from the 100 Block of Lakeview Court, Shelby.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Methamphetamine and a digital scale were confiscated.

-Assault third degree from the 1600 Block of County Road 277, Helena.

-Domestic incident from Carol Road, Wilsonville.

-Miscellaneous incident from County Road 46, Shelby. A fence sustained an estimated $100 in damage.

-Felony unlawful possession of marijuana first and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Felony drug trafficking and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 Block of Lakeview Court, Shelby. Suspected methamphetamine, suspected bath salts, syringes and scale were recovered.

-Felony theft of property from the 1800 Block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. A cell phone valued at $1,500 and $80 cash were stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 1800 Block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham. A cell phone valued at $800 was stolen.
