Geraldine B. Marheine, age 76, of Calera, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 6.

The visitation will be from 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Friday, Feb. 9 at Amazing Grace Worship Center. The funeral service will follow at 1 p.m., Friday, Feb. 9 at the church with Rev. Keven Blankenship and Rev. Ray Smith officiating. Burial will be at the Brasher Family Cemetery.

Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Marheine is preceded in death by her parents and husband, R.K. Wakefield.

She is survived by her husband, Richard L. Marheine; children, Joanna Genry (Greg), Onadean Walker (Tim), Robert D. Wakefield (Teresa), Houston W. Wakefield (Tina), Denise Richards (Jay), Dexter K. Wakefield, Kirby Marheine, and Arlyn Marheine (Angie); 20 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; brothers, Delno Brasher and Benny Brasher (Flora Leigh); and sister, Ireta Killingsworth.
