-Miscellaneous incident from the 2400 Block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett.

-Miscellaneous incident/trespass from the 500 Block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham.

-Criminal mischief from the 400 Block of Lokey Lane, Wilsonville. Three cameras sustained an estimated $350 in damage.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 Block of Rockhill Drive, Shelby.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5400 Block of Caldwell Mill Road, Birmingham.

-Possession of a forged instrument from Otts Farm Road, Montevallo. A tattoo kit valued at $300 was stolen, and three $100 bills were recovered.

-Felony criminal mischief first degree from the 400 Block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. A vehicle sustained an estimated $3,500 in damage.

-Felony chemical endangerment of a child from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Felony chemical endangerment of a child from the 300 Block of McDow Road, Columbiana.

-Fire investigation from the 7000 Block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. A chimney was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 Block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence-harassment from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham.

-Harassing communications from the 600 Block of Chelsea Station Drive, Chelsea.

-Resisting arrest from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

-Felony theft of property from the 16000 Block of U.S. Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Five televisions and a computer monitor with an unknown value were stolen.

-Civil dispute from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. Miscellaneous antiques and furniture were damaged.

-Felony possession of forged instrument second degree from the 2600 Block of Valleydale Road at Alabama Credit Union. A fraudulent/forged check was recovered.

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 2600 Block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville. A smart phone valued at $21 was stolen.

-Violation of protection from abuse order over a cell phone.

-Civil dispute from the 300 Block of McGowin Road, Wilsonville.

-Harassing communications from the 800 Block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham.

-Domestic violence from the 2300 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Felony theft of property and felony and unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 100 Block of Star Trek Drive, Pelham. A bag, laptop computer with case, ATM card, gift cards, multiple bottles of oils and $300 cash were reported stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham, at Edwards Chevrolet. Tires valued at a total of about $1,200 were stolen.

-Harassment from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 41 at New Williamsburg Road, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 5200 Block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham, at Inverness Elementary School.

-Liability of owner/allowing dogs to run at large from the 600 Block of Forest Lakes Drive, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 Block of Chelsea Station Circle, Chelsea.

-Death investigation from the 100 Block of Chelsea Springs Drive, Chelsea.

-Criminal mischief from Clear Springs Apartments off Old Hwy. 25, Columbiana. A vehicle was damaged.

-Felony burglary from the 100 Block of Peaceful Valley Road, Columbiana. Three firearms, a bow, a television and a cell phone valued at an unknown amount were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 2300 Block of Lakeside Drive, Birmingham. Two purses, wallet, sunglasses with case and two gift cards valued at a total of about $550 along with $200 cash was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 5100 Block of Willow Way, Birmingham. $1,311 in MoneyPak cards was stolen.

 

Jan. 11

-Miscellaneous incident from the 100 Block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea. A wallet, identification cards, three debit cards and check were recovered.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 4200 Block of Bear Creek Road, Sterrett. An unknown white, powder substance, cut plastic straws and tubes, broken pieces of glass pipe and glass pipe were confiscated.

-Criminal trespass from the 100 Block of Meadow View Drive, Maylene.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 3300 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham. A green leafy substance suspected to be marijuana and a grinder/container were confiscated.

-Domestic investigation from the 3300 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Felony burglary from the 10000 Block of Hwy. 55, Sterrett. Jewelry valued at a total of $5,000 was stolen.

-Domestic violence from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 700 Block of Hwy. 221, Montevallo.

-Felony burglary and criminal mischief from the 4700 Block of Hwy. 280, Sterrett. An exterior window was damaged.

-Felony unlawful possession of marijuana from College Drive at Middle Street, Montevallo. A bag with 23.8 grams of marijuana was confiscated.

-Miscellaneous information from the 1300 Block of Hwy. 61, Columbiana.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1000 Block of First Street North, Alabaster.

-Felony sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from Hickory Wood Lane, Montevallo.

-Domestic investigation from the 1700 Block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Theft of lost property fourth degree from 380 McDow Road, Columbiana. Inmate funds, wallet and contents, and a cell phone valued at a total of about $370 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged, and a purse, wallet, U.S. currency, credit card and gift card valued at a total of about $350 was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A vehicle was damaged, and a purse, wallet, U.S. currency, credit cards and drivers license valued at a total of about $135 were stolen.

-Felony burglary from the 5400 Block of Hwy. 280 at YMCA. $300 in U.S. currency was stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2900 Block of Kirkcaldy Lane.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3000 Block of Dundee Lane. $400 in U.S. currency and a wallet were stolen.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3000 Block of Dundee Lane. A firearm and holster valued at a total of $540 were stolen.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance from Hwy. 25 at Spring Drive, Montevallo. One unopened Suboxone strip was confiscated.

-Felony burglary from the 300 Block of Hwy. 406, Shelby. Carpet and dinner plates sustained an estimated$525 in damage.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 200 Block of Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham. A bill fold with gift cards and receipts and a wallet with insurance cards, gift cards and receipts were recovered.

-Felony burglary third degree and theft of property fourth degree from the 6000 Block of Hwy. 51, Wilsonville. A wedding ring valued at $100 was stolen.

-Felony theft of property from the 500 Block of Shelby County 406, Shelby. Two tablets and two mobile phones valued at a total of $800 were stolen.

-Missing person-adult from the 0 Block of Kings Ranch Drive, Wilsonville.

-Felony theft of property from the 900 Block of Inverness Landing, Birmingham. A prepaid debit card was stolen.

-Felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 0 Block of Glaze Drive, Vincent. Various substances were confiscated.

-Property damage from Chelsea Road near Shelby County 69, Chelsea. A vehicle was damaged.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 Block of Lawley Drive, Alabaster.

-Criminal mischief from the 1400 Block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 1200 Block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham.

-Felony unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and felony theft of property from the 100 Block of Chelsea Corners, Chelsea. Two firearms, a mobile phone and two debit cards valued at a total of about $710 was stolen.

-Felony robbery first degree and felony theft of property first degree from the 1000 Block of Hwy. 437, Chelsea. A backpack and safe valued at a total of $100 along with $3,700 in cash were stolen.

-Menacing from the 4100 Block of Alabama 70, Columbiana.

-Assault from the 4100 Block of Alabama 70, Columbiana.

-Fire investigation from the 800 Block of Hwy. 315, Columbiana. A single occupancy dwelling was a total loss due to fire.

-Felony fraudulent use of credit card or debit card from the 3000 Block of Eagle Ridge Lane, Birmingham.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order and aggravated stalking from the 3000 Block of Indian Lake Lane, Pelham.

 

Jan. 15

-Theft of property fourth degree from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. A car seat, miscellaneous food items, prepaid phone cards and clothes valued at a total of about $310 was stolen.

-Found property from the 300 Block of Chelsea Crossroads, Chelsea. A debit card was recovered.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and promoting prison contraband from U.S. 280 at Hugh Daniel Drive, Birmingham. Pills, digital scale, baggie with marijuana residue, jar with residue and empty prescription bottle were confiscated.

-Miscellaneous incident from Hwy. 280 at Hugh Daniel Drive, Birmingham. One round of issued duty ammunition used to destroy an injured deer and one round of practice ammunition were destroyed.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2200 Block of Massey Road, Alabaster.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 0 Block of Helms Drive, Chelsea.

-Felony identity theft from the 300 Block of Chesser Plantation Lane, Chelsea.

-Felony burglary and felony theft of property from the 2500 Block of Hwy. 37, Shelby. Two torches and four gauges valued at $1,000 were stolen.

-Felony criminal possession of forged instrument from the 16000 Block of Hwy. 280, Chelsea. One counterfeit $100 bill was confiscated.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana second degree and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 5000 Block of Hwy. 280, Birmingham. A bottle commonly used for storing narcotics that contained a leafy substance believed to be marijuana and a metal socket commonly used for smoking marijuana with residue were confiscated.

-Violation of a domestic violence protection order and domestic violence third degree-harassing communications from the 1000 Block of Block Polo Way, Chelsea. Copies of emails from suspect to victim were recovered.

-Harassing communications from the 3200 Block of River Road, Helena.
