Phillip “Tony” Powers, age 58, of Chelsea, passed away Sunday, Jan. 28.

The memorial service will be Wednesday, Jan. 31 at 10 a.m. at New Life Church in Westover with Rev. David Wooten officiating.

Mr. Powers is survived by his wife, Patty Powers; children, Angela Jones (Ryan), Morgan Powers, Parrish Powers, and Zack Powers, grandchildren, Harrison and Hudson Jones; brother, Mike Powers (Sonja); sister, Liz Johnson; and numerous other family and friends.
