Grady Gwin, age 71, of Sterrett, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 6.

The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 11 at Providence Baptist Church in Harpersville. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. at the church with Rev. Jeffrey Adams officiating. Burial will follow at Prudes Creek Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Gwin is preceded in death by his parents, Wendt and Mildred Gwin; and brother, Ronnie Gwin.

He is survived by his wife, Martha “Marcy” Gwin; daughter, Kimberly Allen; son-in-law, James “Red” Allen; grandchildren, Ashley Allen and James Allen Jr., brother, Fred Gwin (Peggy); sister, Linda Marshall (Bill); and numerous nieces, nephews, and special friends.
