Glenda M. Carden, age 74, of Panama City Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully Friday, Nov. 3, at her home with her husband by her side.

The visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 7 at the funeral home with Dr. Jason Jarvis officiating. Burial will follow at Shelby Memory Gardens.

Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Carden is preceded in death by her parents, Rowland Weldon and Claudia Akers.

Glenda will be missed by her devoted husband, Carl T. Carden, Jr.; children, Denise Carden, Carla (Lucian) Butera, Mark (Donna) Carden, Matthew (Terri) Carden, Stacie (Samuel) Smith, and Jenny Sue; beloved brother, Danny (Janice) Weldon; many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be made to one of the following: St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Covenant Hospice, or The Spina Bifida Foundation.
