ALABASTER – A new dentist’s office will officially open to patients on Sept. 21 off Alabama 119 in Alabaster, the company recently announced.

Dr. Martha Acton will open her new full-service family dental practice, Buck Creek Family Dental, next to the Zaxby’s restaurant near the intersection of Alabama 119 and Fulton Springs Road at 9100 Alabama 119.

Acton, and her dental team offer general, comprehensive dentistry for the entire family. Services provided include exams, cleanings, x-rays, fluoride, sealants, laser-assisted cavity detection and ViziLite oral cancer screenings. Buck Creek Family Dental also offers tooth-colored fillings, crowns, bridges, veneers, endodontics, oral surgery, Invisalign invisible braces and “Zoom!” in-office tooth whitening.

Acton earned her doctorate of dental medicine from LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, Florida. In addition to her formal education, Acton continues to seek out advanced training courses in a wide range of dental issues and techniques to better serve her patients. She is currently an active member of the American Dental Association and Florida Dental Association.
