Jane Russell Cain, age 63, passed into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, Aug. 16 at her home in Harpersville.

The visitation will be from 12-2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 19 at the First Baptist Church of Harpersville. The service of celebration will follow at 2 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 19 at the church with Bro. Larry Roberts and Bro. Randy Spates officiating. Burial will follow at Harpersville City Cemetery.

Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Cain was born on Feb. 14, 1954 in Birmingham. She was a graduate of Brooke Hill School and Samford University. Also, she was a member of the First Baptist Church of Harpersville where she played the piano and organ for many years.

Mrs. Cain was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie Russell; mother, Eleanor Aiken Russell; and nephew, Lonnie Russell.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Larry Cain; daughters, Jennifer Talley (John) and Julia Brasher (Andrew); grandchildren, Hank Brasher, Eleanor Talley, Drew Brasher, and Clara Talley; brother, Bill Russell (Pam); nephews, Chris Cain (Vanessa) and Lane Russell (Louisa); brother-in-law, Steve Cain; several great nieces and great nephews; and other family and friends.
