ALABASTER- The Alabaster Police Department is seeking help to identify, locate and question a person of interest related to the burglary of Brooklere Pharmacy, located in Buck Creek Plaza.
According to a post of the APD’s Facebook page, the burglary occurred at approximately 7 a.m. on Saturday, June 17. APD Lt. Grant Humphries said they have yet to identify any suspects or vehicles that may have been used by the suspects.
Police are using a photo taken from one of the store’s surveillance cameras. However, police said the image is low quality and it is difficult to recognize any of the suspect’s clothing or features. The APD Facebook page stated that the image is “the only photo available at this time.”
“You see what we have to work with,” Humphries said.
Because the investigation is ongoing, Humphries said authorities are currently assessing the store’s inventory to determine the value of what was stolen.
Humphries said police are heavily relying on the public’s help in this case, and encouraged anyone with more information about the burglary to contact APD by calling 663-7401.
“If anybody noticed anything during that time in the morning, we’d love for them to call the Alabaster Police Department,” Humphries said.
