Clyde Denty, age 82, of Harpersville, passed away Sunday, June 16.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Monday, June 19 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m. with Bro. Eddie Burchfield officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Denty is preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Ethel Gill Denty; wife, Mildred Denty; grandsons, Greg Denty and Michael Bullock; and sister, Florine Reynolds.

He is survived by his children, Sherrie Hobgood (Frank), Steve Denty (Connie), Regina Denty, and Terri Denty; grandchildren, Megan, Daniel, Alecia, and Christopher; five great grandchildren; and sister, Ruth Davis (Jimmy).
