PELHAM – Full Moon Bar-B-Que opened today, Monday, May 22, in the Pelham Parkway shopping center located at the corner of Alabama 119 and U.S. 31.
The restaurant will be housed in a fully renovated 3,200 square foot space.
The restaurant will be the fourth location to be opened by Ajlo Foods, co-owned by Naseem Ajlouny and Chase Ajlouny, and the 13th Full Moon in the state.
“Having grown up in the city of Pelham, I have had my eye on bringing a Full Moon Bar-B-Que to the area for quite some time,” Naseem Ajlouny said back in December when it was first announced that Full Moon would be opening in Pelham. “We are very excited about this location and look forward to adding our southern-styled barbecue restaurant to the communities growing list of dining options.”
Full Moon Bar-B-Que has been in operation since 1986. The Maluff brothers, David and Joe, have grown the business while continuing a family-owned tradition that caters to people who love barbecue.
“We’re proud to continue expanding our Full Moon BBQ locations at a steady pace,” Naseem Ajlouny said.
He added that Ajlo Foods is looking forward to offering additional dining options that offer quality meats and “top notch service” to customers.
