Alcine McDanal Pitts, age 84, of Wilsonville, passed away Saturday, Feb. 11.

Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 14 at Bolton Funeral Home. The graveside service will follow at 11 a.m., at Old Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Don Cross officiating. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mrs. Pitts is preceded in death by her husband, William Edwin Pitts; parents, Hugh C. McDanal and Bernice Lovett McDanal; sister, Thelma Jo McDanal and brother, H.C. (Buddy) McDanal.

She is survived by her sons, Edwin E. Pitts (Gloria), James L. Pitts (Patricia); daughters, Nancy Vansant (Bill), Peggy Wood (Steve); grandchildren, Kevin Pitts (Becky), Lisa Holzapfel (Dennis), Charles Vansant (Rhonda), John Vansant (Dana), Christopher Wood (Rachael), Amanda Joiner (Travis), Mathew Vansant (Kirsten), Jason Wood (Jennifer); 20 great-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
