Johnny Hughes, age 68, of Columbiana, passed away Saturday, Jan. 7.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 12 at Bolton Funeral Home. The funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Friday, Jan. 13 with Rev. Mack Rich officiating. Burial will follow in Pinelawn Gardens. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

Mr. Hughes is preceded in death by his daughter, Elizabeth Holsomback Byers; sister, Birdie Hughes; and brother, James Hughes.

He is survived by his wife, Martha Faye Holsomback Hughes; children, Wanda Hughes Dean (Harvey), Jimmy Jay Hughes (Licia), Chris Hughes (Jenny), Brandon Jay Hughes, Rick Holsomback (Betty), Mike Holsomback (Kerrie), Thurman Holsomback, and Christopher Holsomback (Debbie); 20 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; sisters, Clara Hughes Patterson (John) and Charsie Hughes Headley (Jerry); and numerous other family and friends.
