Frances Lawley, age 84, of Alabaster, passed away Saturday, Dec. 17.

Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 21 at Upper Room Church in Montevallo. The funeral service will follow at 11 a.m., with Bro. Steve Logan officiating. Burial will follow in Ryan Cemetery. Bolton Funeral Home is directing.

She was a member of Cornerstone Church since 1989.

Mrs. Lawley is preceded in death by her husband, James Lawley; son, James Lee Lawley; and grandson, Danny Lawley, Jr.

She is survived by her sons, Danny Lawley (Brenda), Dennis Lawley (Peaches), Terry Lawley (Angie), and Jerry Lawley; daughters, Judy Phillips (James) and Joan Abernathy (Bryan); brother, Boe Scott (Barbara); sister, Betty Lockhart; 24 grandchildren; 58 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; and numerous other family and friends.
