ORANGE BEACH – An Alabaster dentist has earned the “Most Excellent Fellow” designation from the Alabama Dental Association, the organization recently announced.

In June, the Alabama Dental Association presented Stephen R. Stricklin, who operates a dental practice on U.S. 31 in Alabaster, with the award during its 147^th annual session at the Perdido Beach Resort in Orange Beach.

Stricklin is a graduate of the University of Alabama, and his practice is at 223 First Street North in Alabaster.

The Alabama Dental Association awards the Most Excellent Fellow designation to its members “in recognition of their outstanding contributions to both their profession and their community.”

Honorees are nominated and elected for the recognition by their peers. The Alabama Dental Association includes more than 1,850 dentists in the state.
