The following are uniform incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from June 26-30:
June 26
•Criminal mischief in the third degree from the 700 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Scratches and a dent were found on the driver and passenger door of a blue Toyota Camry.
•Harassing communications from the 100 block of Branch Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
•Harassment from Hillside Lane, Sterrett (residence/home).
•Burglary in the third degree and theft of property in the second degree from the 4200 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham (residence/home). A dining room table and chairs valued at $1,000 and 10 boxes containing assorted items and China ware valued at $1 were stolen.
•Sexual abuse in the first degree from 1000 block of Wingfield Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
•Cruelty to animals and permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Whitfield Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
•Theft of property in the second degree from the 100 block of Southwood Lane, Alabaster (residence/home). A 32-inch flat screen TV valued at $800, a Bose Wave radio valued at $500, a Sony stereo system valued at $600, electric guitar pedals valued at $120, a debit card and miscellaneous tools were stolen.
•Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years old from the 100 block of Hackberry Circle, Chelsea (residence/home).
•Death investigation from the 400 block of E Milgray, Calera (residence/home).
•Theft of property in the second degree from Timberland Way, Vandiver (residence/home). A Honda 8hp longshaft outboard (4 stroke) was stolen.
•Domestic violence third – harassment from Narrows Drive at Old U.S. 280, Birmingham (highway/street).
•Driving under the influence from U.S. 280 and Riverview Road, Birmingham (highway/street).
•Theft of property in the third degree from the 56000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver (residence/home). A window air conditioning unit valued at $800 was stolen.
•Theft of property in the second degree from the 100 block of Southwood Drive, Alabaster (residence/home). U.S. currency in the amount of $145, Oxycodone, Methodone, a Seiko watch, a Timex watch and a Casio watch were stolen.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Pine Needle Cove, Chelsea (residence/home).
•Domestic violence in the second degree and theft of property fourth from the 400 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (residence/home). A government-issued insurance phone valued at $70 and house keys valued at $10 were stolen.
June 27
•Miscellaneous information from the 4000 block of Forest Lakes Road, Sterrett (residence/home).
•Death investigation from the 8300 block of County Road 51, Sterrett (residence/home).
•Miscellaneous incident from the 5000 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home).
•Miscellaneous incident (lost property) from Highland View Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). A Kel-Tec brand 9mm Luger was listed.
•Theft of property fourth degree from the 100 block of Carriage Creek Path, Chelsea (residence/home). U.S. currency in the amount of $280 was stolen.
•Criminal mischief in the third degree and criminal trespassing in the second degree from River Road and Highway 13, Helena (highway/street). Damage to a gate opening device was found.
•Domestic violence – harassing communications in the third degree from Southwood Drive, Alabaster (residence/home).
•Fraudulent use of a debit card from the 16400 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (drug store).
•Reckless endangerment from the 1000 block of Dublin Way, Birmingham (residence/home).
•Domestic violence – harassment in the third degree and criminal mischief in the third degree from Hilldale Drive, Columbiana (highway/street). A driver’s side mirror of a 202 silver Ford Mustang valued at $250 was damaged.
•Identity theft from the 1900 block of Highway 30, Columbiana (residence/home). A debit Visa card was forged in the amount of $150.
•Unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree and public intoxication from the 300 block of Highway 10, Montevallo (convenience store). A clear Ziploc bag containing .5g of marijuana was confiscated.
•Forgery in the second degree from Old Oak Cove, Chelsea (residence/home).
•Unlawful break/enter vehicle and theft of property in the second degree from the 1000 block of South Hampton Place, Birmingham (residence/home). A Sig Sauer, Model SP2022, 9mm Luger blued, with one magazine and six hollow point rounds valued at $550, and a black plastic holster, Sig Sauer, valued at $30 were stolen.
•Burglary in the third degree and criminal mischief in the second degree from the 100 block of Shady Acres Lane, Alabaster (commercial). A metal roll-up door valued at $3,000, two lights/lenses on Heli forklift valued at $300 and various tools stolen listed in narrative section valued at $2,000 were damaged.
•Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Silver Lane, Saginaw (residence/home).
•Miscellaneous information from the 700 block of U.S. 31 South, Alabaster (other/unknown).
•Criminal mischief in the second degree from Highway 11 and Highway 36 (highway/street). A Lexus IS250, black, valued at $1,377.99 was damaged.
•Possible mental patient/miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Thornberry Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
•Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Knollwood Place, Birmingham (residence/home).
•Civil dispute from the 3600 block of County Road 26, Columbiana (residence/home).
June 28
•Missing person from the 3200 block of Mountain Ridge Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).
•Theft of property in the first degree from the 600 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). A 2005 black Chevrolet Silverado 1500 SS Ext 4WD, a wallet, a debit card, a credit card and an Alabama driver’s license were stolen.
•Domestic violence – harassment in the third degree from the Wilsonville/Shelby area (highway/street).
•Miscellaneous information from the 100 block of Covington Place, Chelsea (residence/home).
•Harassment from Idlewood Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).
•Identity theft from the 100 block of Twelve Oaks Circle, Chelsea (residence/home).
•Identity theft from the 100 block of Twelve Oaks Circle, Chelsea (residence/home).
•Theft of property in the first degree and burglary in the third degree from the 2300 block of Highway 25, Wilton (commercial). A 2003 Ford LGT valued at $5,100 and a 2003 GMC Yukon XL 1500 valued at $3,000 were stolen, and a glass door valued at $100 was damaged.
•Domestic violence in the third degree from the 100 block of Southwood Trail, Alabaster (residence/home).
•Theft of property in the second degree from the 400 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (residence/home). A square cut setting ruby and diamond ring, 14 carat, thin band (ruby is oval surrounded by diamonds) valued at $1,000 and a wedding set, one thin gold band, one marquise 1 1/2 carat solitaire, thin band 14 carat valued at $1,500 were stolen.
•Theft of property in the second degree from the 3000 block of Rock School Road, Harpersville (residence/home). A 5,000 BTU air conditioning unit valued at $100, eight batteries, vehicle and tractor and electric car valued at $240, Marlin, Model 60, .22 cal rifle valued at $160, 3,000 rounds .22LR and .22 short ammunition valued at $300 and a .50 cal ammunition box valued at $20 were stolen.
•Theft of property in the second degree from the 19200 block of Highway 145, Shelby (residence/home). Approximately $2,000 worth of silver dollars, a 40-inch RCA television and an RCA DVD player were stolen.
•Domestic violence by strangulation from the 100 block of Kids Corner, Vincent (residence/home).
•Theft fourth from the 2900 block of Brook Highland Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Assorted U.S. currency in the amount of $500 was stolen.
June 29
•Property damage from Highway 30 at Highway 5, Columbiana (highway/street). A passenger side door and mirror were damaged.
•Criminal mischief in the third degree from the 4500 block of Eagle Point Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). An aluminum or cast iron steel type, mailbox, black in color valued at $350 was damaged.
•Harassing communications and criminal mischief from the 1000 block of Highway 438, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damage to paint on listed vehicle was found.
•Violation of protection order from the 900 block of Highway 20, Calera (residence/home). A Samsung Galaxy S4 cell phone, white color, valued at $500 and an Alabama driver’s license valued at $30 were stolen.
•Domestic violence – harassment from the 2600 block of Highway 30 (residence/home).
•Domestic violence – harassment from the 2500 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville (residence/home).
•SORNA violation – juvenile sex offender – registration with local law enforcement from the 300 block of McDow Road, Columbiana (other/unknown).
•Harassment from the 100 block of Idlewood Drive, Montevallo (residence/home).
•Burglary in the third degree and theft of property in the third degree from the 4000 block of Alabama 119, Montevallo (storage facility).
•Leaving the scene of an accident from Birmingham (other/unknown). A 2010 Honda Civic 4D Lx was damaged.
•Theft of property fourth from the 5000 block of Loblolly Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). A remote control toy car valued at $250 was stolen.
June 30
•Harassing communications from Huntley Apartment Drive, Pelham (residence/home).
•Property damage from the 800 block of Highway 52 East, Helena (parking lot/garage). Damage to rear bumper of 2012 Dodge Charger was found.
•Miscellaneous (suicide attempt) from the 100 block of Carlson Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).
•Theft of property in the second degree from the 6200 block of Highway 61 (residence/home). Seventeen Percocet tablets were stolen.
•Theft of property in the first degree from the 25000 block of Highway 25, Columbiana (residence/home). A 2014 John Deere, XUV 855D diesel side by side vehicle valued at $15,722.30, a Bolt action .25 caliber rifle with Bausch and Lomb scope valued at $500 and a tool box with assorted hand tools valued at $500 were stolen.
•Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from the 900 block of Highway 71, Shelby (residence/home).
•Property damage from the 0 block of Highway 265 Suite 500, Alabaster (commercial).
•Assault in the second degree and criminal mischief in the third degree from Highway 25 and Dunnavant Mountain (highway/street). Damage to victim’s 1999 Chevrolet Silverado pick-up truck was found.
•Domestic violence/harassment from Rich Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).
•Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle and criminal mischief in the second degree from the 4900 block of Heatherbrooke Road (parking lot/garage). A peach and gold clutch purse valued at $10, a driver’s license valued at $25, a Social Security card, a birth certificate, a Medicaid card, a pair of pink Lebron James Nike shoes valued at $80 and a gas tank and fuel system were stolen.
•Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1200 block of Inverness Cliffs (parking lot/garage). A black leather wallet valued at $50, a credit card, a debit card, a debit card, an Alabama driver’s license, a Social Security card and a Medicaid card were stolen.
•Death investigation from the 100 block of Indian Forest Road, Indian Springs (residence/home).
•Miscellaneous information from the 2000 block of County Road 467, Vincent (residence/home).
•Burglary in the first degree and theft of property in the first degree from the 1000 block of Emerald Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). A 2012 Ford F-150, Crew 2WD, V6, white valued at $30,000 was stolen.
•Identity theft from the 2300 block of Woodland Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Assorted U.S. currency valued at $2,916 was stolen.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 200 block of Arbor Court, Sterrett (residence/home).
•Leaving the scene of an accident from the 600 block of Stone Crest Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). A 2010 Lexus RX 350, blue was damaged.
•Miscellaneous incident from the 100 block of Narrows Creek Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).
