June 1

-Criminal mischief in the third degree, harassment from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (restaurant). Damaged was a tire slashed/destroyed in the amount of $150.

-Domestic investigation from the 500 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from the 2000 block of Eagle Park Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property in the third degree from the 6600 block of Walt Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was an Alabama license plate.

-Theft of property in the third degree from the 300 block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (department store). Stolen were 11 boxes of American Eagle .45-caliber ammunition valued at $285.89, two boxes of American Eagle .44-caliber ammunition valued at $85.98 and 16 boxes of American Eagle .38-caliber ammunition valued at $319.84.

-Theft of property in the first degree, civil dispute from the 0 block of Wood Crest Lane, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a 2013 Honda CRV Sport Lx 4×2 blue.

-Domestic violence in the third degree, domestic violence – assault in the third degree from the 7300 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Permitting dogs to run at large from the 100 block of Crest Drive, Westover (residence/home).

-Burglary in the third degree, stalking in the second degree from the 100 block of Church Street, Wilton (residence/home).

-Theft of property in the first degree from the 5000 block of Meadow Brook Road (residence/home). Stolen were an emerald and diamond necklace, ring and earring set valued at $10,000; a gold and diamond flower pendant .55 carat valued at $3,500; platinum and diamond art deco watch with square face valued at $7,000; and a platinum and diamond necklace valued at $5,000.

 

June 2

-Domestic investigation from the 7800 block of Highway 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Civil dispute from the 100 block of Chickadee Drive, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Property damage report from the 100 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a 1997 Ford Mustang (gas tank).

-Driving under the influence – alcohol from U.S. 280 at Essex Drive, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Theft of property in the third degree from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver (residence/home). Stolen was a 5000 BTU air conditioner window unit (white in color).

-Allowing dogs to run at large from the 4700 block of Highway 71, Shelby (residence/home).

-Theft of property in the third degree from Valentine Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were a Ryobi right-angle grinder, blue, valued at $65 and one set of Ryobi impact gun, 1/4-inch, drill, 2x 18V batteries, charger valued at $250.

-Burglary in the third degree from the 4900 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Mossberg 12-gauge pump gray camo in color and a green camo padded zip-up gun case.

-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (service/gas station).

-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card in the third degree from the 300 block of McDow Road (jail/prison).

-Theft of property in the first degree from the 1000 block of Highway 55, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a John Deere riding mower valued at $2,500.

-Domestic violence – harassing communications in the third degree from Highway 433, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Identity theft in the third degree from CVS store No. 04829, Homewood (department store).

-Identity theft in the third degree from Lowes store, Wetumpka (department store).

-Miscellaneous information from an unknown location in Shelby County (other/unknown).

-Harassment from the 1400 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 0 block of Kenley Way, Birmingham (other/unknown). Stolen were U.S. currency valued at $500 and an Alabama driver’s license.

-Criminal mischief in the third degree from the 3000 block of Lullwater Road (parking lot/garage). Damaged were a rear windshield (listed vehicle) in the amount of $300 and a side window (listed vehicle) in the amount of $150.

-Miscellaneous incident from Highway 145 at Waxahatchee Creek, Shelby (lake/waterway). Recovered was a possible shotgun barrel.

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from the 8000 block of Highway 471, Maylene (residence/home).

-Property damage from the 5300 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a lawn.

-Theft of property from the 100 block of Lake Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was an Alabama vehicle tag valued at $150.

-Domestic investigation from the 7000 block of Highway 61, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Spider Lily Lane, Maylene (residence/home).

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle, theft of property in the fourth degree from the 2000 block of Highway 25, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were a gray 2002 Dodge Ram 1500 valued at $5,000 and U.S. currency valued at $400.

-Violation of domestic violence protection order from the 0 block of Swann Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Harassment from the 0 block of Whitfield Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief in the third degree from the 800 block of Narrows Point Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a 2012 Toyota Tacoma, silver.

-Burglary in the third degree from the 200 block of Windchase Drive (residence/home). Stolen were a Glock 43, .9mm pistol valued at $400; a Bersa .380 pistol, silver, valued at $300; a Taurus M44, .44 mag., blue, wooden grips, ported 6 1/2-inch barrel, valued at $800; a Smith & Wesson M&P 15 Sport 2, .556 caliber rifle valued at $1,100.

-Death investigation from the 5000 block of Meadow Brook Road (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 0 block of Swann Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property in the first degree from the 0 block of Homestead Trail, Pelham (residence/home). Stolen was a Dune buggy vehicle called Hammerhead Mud Hog valued at $1,800.

-Identity theft from the 200 block of Ridge Road, Shelby (other/unknown).

-Identity theft from Home Depot, Pelham, and Lowes, Fultondale (specialty store). Stolen were debit charges at the Pelham Home Depot in the amount of $1,200 and debit charges at the Fultondale Lowes in the amount of $27.16.

-Theft in the third degree from the 300 block of Paradise Way, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were two large decorative ceramic flower pots valued at $200 and a wrought iron table and chair set with umbrella valued at $500.

-Sexual abuse in the first degree from the 1000 block of First Street North, Alabaster (other/unknown).

 

June 4

-Public intoxication from the 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic investigation from the 8000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Wesley Trace, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 600 block of Shelby Forest Trail, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Public intoxication from the corner of Salser Lane and Misty Water Lane, Columbiana (highway/street).

-Menacing from the 300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary in the third degree from the 5300 block of Meadow Brook Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a window in the amount of $500.

-Domestic violence criminal mischief from the 400 block of Old Oak Cove, Chelsea (residence/home). Damaged were two door and door frames valued at $600.

-Burglary in the second degree, theft of property in the first degree from the 200 block of South River Road, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were a Winchester model 12 16GA shotgun valued at $2,000; a Husqvarna 580 BTS blower valued at $580; a 32-inch LG flatscreen TV valued at $300; a Samsung Galaxy S4 valued at $250; and a Panasonic Lumix camera valued at $750. Recovered was a notebook.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen was a black Vera Bradley brand cloth wallet valued at $50.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 400 block of Meadow Croft Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a pair of Costa Del Mar, Harpoon sunglasses (turquoise lenses) valued at $250 and a pair of RayBan sunglasses, light blue frames, blue lenses with light blue case valued at $250.

 

June 5

-Obstructing justice using a false identity from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft of property in the fourth degree from the 5100 block of Stratford Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a 50-inch Hi Sense smart TV valued at $500.

-Theft of property from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a key fob 2013 VW Passat valued at $400.

-Domestic violence/harassment in the third degree from the 0 block of Pioneer Avenue, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary in the third degree from the 3100 block of Bradford Place, Birmingham (residence/home). Damaged was a window in the amount of $500.

-Sorna violation from the 100 block of Jefferson Lane, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo. Confiscated were a syringe possibly containing methamphetamine and five syringes used for injecting methamphetamine.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3000 block of Club Way, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a rear driver’s side window shattered; and stolen were a women’s purse, Vince Camuto, beige, leather, valued at $150; U.S. currency valued at $250; two Alabama driver’s licenses and two credit cards.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 3000 block of Club Way, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a rear driver’s side window shattered; and stolen were a women’s purse, Louis Vuitton, brown/tan, leather, valued at $900; a women’s wallet, Louis Vuitton, brown/tan, valued at $100; a makeup bag, Louis Vuitton, brown/tan, valued at $100; a pair of women’s sunglasses, RayBan, valued at $200 and a Social Security card.

-UPODP from the 5100 block of Stratford Road, Birmingham (highway/street). Confiscated were three syringes, a metal spoon with brown residue and a piece of cotton on it wrapped in plastic and a metal pipe with a piece of Brillo in one end and black tape on the other.

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Robertson Cane, Westover (residence/home). Stolen were a maroon hood – 96 Honda Accord valued at $500 and a JVC car stereo valued at $250.

-Miscellaneous incident – juvenile runaway from the 300 block of Shelby Ranch Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

 

June 6

-Murder from Chism Circle at Young Boulevard, Montevallo (parking lot/garage).

-Leaving the scene of an accident from the 200 block of Signal Valley Trail, Chelsea (highway/street). Damaged was a Jeep Wrangler 4×4 Unlimited Sport, black.

-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Brantleyville Road, Maylene (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from County Road 51 1/4-mile from County Road 55 near wooden bridge (highway/street). Recovered was a Taurus handgun 9mm.

-Death investigation from the 1100 block of Merry Fox Farms Road, Alabaster (residence/home). Destroyed were three Fentanyl patches, six Xanax and 2.5 ml of Roxand.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 28000 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Property damage from Keith Drive in the area of Oak Meadows Place (highway/street). Damaged were a windshield, a roof, a hood and a trunk of a 2014 Honda Accord.

-Miscellaneous incident from the 500 building of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Trespassing in the first degree from the 5100 block of Stratford Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Identity theft from the 100 block of Willow Lake Lane, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were a debit card valued at $600 and a debit card valued at $424.

-Domestic violence/harassment in the third degree from the 0 block of Beatrice Lane, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Theft in the first degree from the 400 block of Olmsted Street, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a silver Tudor watch with black alligator band valued at $500, a Cartier tank watch gold over silver with black alligator band valued at $500, a 72-piece Chippendale pattern silver silverware valued at $3,000, two gold cuff links with MCB initials/gold Indian head cuff links valued at $1,500, Masonic ring and men’s gold diamond ring valued at $1,750 and a house key.

-Theft of property from the 2400 block of Valleydale Road, Pelham (commercial). Stolen were a 2013 Hyun Veloster Silver valued at $15,000, two Rockford Fosgate 12-inch woofers valued at $1,000 and an amplifier T500-1BDCP valued at $1,100.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 39000 block of Portobello Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a black and gold Michael Kors wallet valued at $150, three credit cards, a debit card, four miscellaneous cards (driver’s license, Shelby County pistol permit, Blue Cross insurance card, AAA card), U.S. currency valued at $22 and assorted gift cards (Starbuck’s, Babies R Us, restaurants) valued at $200.

-Theft of property in the third degree from the 12000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Warn M12000 winch with 3/8-inch cable and hook valued at $1,300.

-Domestic violence harassment in the third degree, domestic violence menacing in the third degree from the 400 block of Highway 223, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary in the third degree from the 100 block of Clear Springs Way, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were a cordless drill valued at $139 and an impact drill valued at $150.

 

June 7

-Theft of property in the fourth degree from Highway 25, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen was $500.

-Domestic investigation from the 6000 block of Highway 71, Shelby (residence/home).
