-Possession of controlled substance from 200 block of South River Drive, Shelby (residence/home). Recovered were 19 Clonazepam 2-miligram tablets, five 1-miligram blue Clonazepam tablets and two green Clonazepam 1-miligram tablets.

-Rape from 1800 block of Highway 315, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Domestic violence/harassment from 9100 block of North Main Street, Wilsonville (parking lot/garage).

-Sexual abuse from Highway 25, Summerhill.

-Domestic violence – assault from 2000 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Property damage from Highway 311 near Highway 61, Shelby (highway/street). Damaged was a 2012 Gray Dodge Ram 1500.

-Reckless endangerment from Highway 25 in the area of North Main Street, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief from 2300 block of Highway 39, Chelsea (school/college).

-Theft of property fourth degree from 5400 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (hotel/motel). Stolen was an LG 32-inch flat screen television valued at $400.

-Public intoxication from 300 block of South River Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from 5200 block of Dunnavant Valley Way, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from 1500 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence (harassment) from 100 block of Branchwater Way, Maylene (residence/home).

-Theft of property from unknown location (highway/street). Stolen was a Dell Latitude E5450 laptop valued at $1,287.

-Domestic violence (assault) from 200 building of Eagle Ridge Apartments, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Duty upon striking unattended vehicle from 4600 block of U.S. 280 at Riverhills Business Park, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was to passenger’s side rear fender and bumper.

-Miscellaneous information from 2200 block of Inverness Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Forgery from Parkview Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Rape from Truss Curry Circle, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic violence harassment from 4900 block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 5200 block of Chesapeake West, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were an Alabama driver’s license, a Geico insurance card and an Alabama tag registration.

-Theft of property (stolen vehicle) from 500 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a 2004 black Honda CBR600RR sportbike valued at $3,700.

-Theft of property from 5000 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was a Suzuki GSX R600 motor cycle, blue/black/white, after-market exhaust and suspension valued at $5,800.

-Terrorist threats from 6200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (school/college).

-Theft of property fourth degree from 200 block of Hawks View Drive, Leeds (residence/home). Stolen was a Samsung 6S white valued at $315.50.

-Miscellaneous incident (suicide threats) from Crestwell Road, Harpersville (highway/street).

-Harassment from 500 block of Chelsea Station Circle, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Theft of property from Highway 25, Vincent (residence/home). Stolen were two Focalin 10-miligram tablets.

-Miscellaneous incident (suicide threat) from 1000 block of Highway 30, Columbiana (residence/home). Recovered was a Columbia 12-gauge shotgun.

-Torture or willful abuse of child less than 18 from 500 block of Sunset Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Death investigation from 200 block of Deer Creek Circle, Indian Springs (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 1000 block of Regent Park Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a Glock 19 pistol and a black leather inside waist band holster.

-Theft of property from 100 block of Waldrop Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were 13 Smith and Wesson .44 magnum revolver valued at $600.

-Burglary, theft of property from 1000 block of Highway 93, Helena (residence/home). Damaged was a back door valued at $100. Stolen were a toolbox with assorted tools valued at $200, a Hitachi cordless drill valued at $90 and a black Vizio 32-inch flat screen TV valued at $550.

-Forgery from 5200 block of Cahaba Valley Cove, Birmingham (residence/home). Forged was a check valued at $2,400.

-Domestic violence harassing communications from Pioneer Village, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Burglary, theft of property from 10000 block of Highway 17, Montevallo (residence/home). Damaged was a door frame valued at $400. Stolen were an X-Box One valued at $400, an X-Box 360 valued at $300, a table saw valued at $400 and a toolbox with assorted tools valued at $500.

-Receiving stolen property from 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Recovered was a 2003 GMC Yukon Red.

-Domestic violence – assault, domestic violence – reckless endangerment from 5500 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic violence (assault third degree) from 13000 block of Highway 73, Wilton (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – assault from 2000 block of Belvedere Cove, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from 3600 block of Cumberland Trace, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a bottle of Aderall, a bottle of Tramadol and $20.

-Theft of property from 4600 block of U.S. 280, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen was a gold Apple iPhone 6 valued at $550.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle, theft from Greystone YMCA U.S. 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen were an iPad with charger valued at $400, a TI84 calculator valued at $100, a calculus math book valued at $100 and a Magellan back pack valued at $50.

-Violation of protection order from 300 block of Highway 200, Montevallo (other/unknown).

-Domestic violence – harassment from 100 block of Twelve Oaks Circle, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. 280 and County Road 442, Westover (highway/street). Confiscated were approximately .2 grams of marijuana valued at $10, one orange pill bottle containing marijuana residue and one wooden box containing a metal pipe with marijuana residue.
