Roebuck Mining Camp. This circa 1919 photo shows a typical mining camp house.
This particular house stood on Coalmont Road just before present-day Hillsboro Parkway.
Posing for the camera is Frank Wyatt who had just returned from World War I.
He died less than a year later as a result of being gassed during the war.
His family home still stands today on County Road 17 at the southern edge of Helena.
