PELHAM— The Pelham Police Department announced that Colonial Pipeline Company will be doing maintenance and construction work on their pipeline crossing at Kelly Drive beginning Monday, Feb. 15 at 7 a.m., according to a Feb. 9 Facebook post.

The post stated that work is planned to continue on Kelly Drive through Feb. 18 at 5 p.m. Kelly Drive may be closed where the pipeline crosses from Feb. 15 to Feb. 18.
