Jackie Allen “Hoppy” Partridge, age 73, of Shelby, died Monday, Feb. 1.

The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 5 at Bolton Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Henry Edmondson officiating. Burial will follow in Shelby Garden of Rest Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m., Friday, Feb. 5 at Bolton Funeral Home.

Mr. Partridge is survived by his wife of 55 years, Alice Partridge; daughter, Jackie Parmer (Larry); sons, Terry Partridge (Angie), Bill Partridge, Donald Partridge; 7 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; brothers, Marvin Partridge and Johnny Partridge (Debbie); and numerous other family and friends.
