PELHAM— The popular lunchtime destination, Stack’d Burger Kitchen in Pelham, will be serving dinner with new hours beginning Dec. 2. Wednesday through Sunday, guests can enjoy burgers, sandwiches and more until 9 p.m. or 10 p.m., depending on the day.

“We are definitely excited and just look forward to doing a serving for dinner as well as lunch,” said owner Tony Oddo.

Stack’d, located at 202 Bowling Lane next to Game Zone Laser Tag, will be open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Friday through Saturday and from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday.

The fast-casual restaurant makes everything from scratch. The burgers feature 100 percent Black Angus beef that is seasoned and ground in house. The menu also features a variety of options from salads to quesadillas to hotdogs to chicken salad.

“We’re happy. We love it here. We like the area,” Oddo said. “We just want to be the place that people think about when they go out with their family because we really put a lot into the food.”

Along with the new hours, Stack’d also has new wraps on the menu: The turkey bacon wrap, the Mediterranean wrap and the buffalo chicken wrap. Oddo said the new Mediterranean wrap is a favorite with grilled chicken, a marinated cucumber salad, spring mix and feta cheese.

He said the Stack’d Burger, Barbecue Stack’d Burger, Blue Cheese Stack’d Burger and the Stack’d Mushroom Burger are the best sellers. Each also has a special twist.

Every ingredient is well thought out by Oddo, and his kitchen team created every sandwich on the menu. The barbeque burger features a special sweet and spicy bacon and homemade sauce.

The Stack’d Burger features a special sauce, the blue cheese burger features a homemade aioli and the mushroom burger has a homemade mayonnaise.

“The Stack’d Burger is the one that really caught on really well to start and then we had these other ones as well,” Oddo said. “It’s hard to pick a favorite.”
