The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Sept. 4-11, 2015

 

Sept. 4

-Criminal mischief from 300 block of Spring Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic violence from 4200 block of US 26, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Burglary from 700 block of Gould Road, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was a 53 inch television valued at $500, red dished valued at $200, female clothes valued at $500, and a clothes dryer valued at $100, two green antique lanterns, and a battery charger.

-Unlawful breaking and entering from 400 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a debit card valued at $20, Newport cigarettes valued at $5, Hibbett Sports valued at $360, City Gear clothing valued at $400, and Chevron valued at $87.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 1700 block of Shoal Run, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Theft of property from 3400 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Fraudulent use of credit/debit card from various locations (other/unknown). Stolen was US Currency valued at $223.48.

-Animal cruelty from US 145, Shelby (other/unknown).

-Domestic violence III from 3400 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 4100 block of Eagle Ridge Court, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Kate Spade purse valued at $300, a Kate Spade wallet valued at $100, various forms of identification, a pink stun gun valued at $150, and a Shelby County pistol permit valued at $30.

 

Sept. 5

-Theft of property from 200 block of Evergreen Road, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a Skill Saw valued at $200, a Hitachi roofing nail gun valued at $350, a Hitachi framing nail gun valued at $170, and three extension cords valued at $180.

-Domestic violence from 100 block of Christy Drive, Shelby (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 3600 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Honda motorcycle valued at $5,000.

-Theft of property from 2000 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Domestic violence from 100 block of Cambrian Way, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic violence from 2900 block of Riverwood, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary from 1000 block of Eagle Crest Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Makita cordless drill valued at $400, a Goodwrench tool kit valued at $300, a five gallon gas can valued at $25, and a Bell bicycle pump valued at $25.

 

Sept. 6

-Identity theft of 100 block of Doug Baker Boulevard, Birmingham (drug store). Stolen was a debit card valued at $215.43.

-Criminal mischief from County Road 39, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Criminal mischief from Sweet Gum Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

 

Sept. 7

-Theft of property from 100 block of Shelia Point, Shelby (residence/home).

-Death investigation from 1200 block of US 71, Shelby (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 900 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was an Xbox 1 valued at $400, an Xbox 360 valued at $150,a semi auto pistol valued at $300, and US Currency valued at $40.

-Domestic violence from 6300 block of Beaver Brook Court, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Public intoxication from Crest Road, Birmingham (field/woods).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Crest Road, Birmingham (field/woods).

-Public intoxication from Crest Road, Birmingham (field/woods).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 3300 block of River Birch Trail, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 3300 block of River Birch Trail, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Beretta .32 semi auto valued at $400, a women’s’ wallet containing various forms of identification, and a box of .32 bullets.

 

Sept. 8

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 100 block of Highland Ridge Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a HP laptop valued at $2,238, laptop power supply, bridges from Buffalo Rock and Coca-Cola, two USB keys, headphones, and a black backpack.

-Miscellaneous incident from 700 block of US 31, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from 4900 block of Cahaba Valley Trail. Damages valued at $150 were done to a mailbox.

-Miscellaneous incident form 4500 block of Magnolia Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 400 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was an Alabama Driver’s License, a social security card, and a brown leather wallet.

-Harassing communications from 2000 block of Iverness Landing, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 300 block of Goldilock Lane, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen was a Ford Escape valued at $2,2200.

-Burglary from 3000 block of US 28, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was a bag of adult diapers valued at $20 and several bottles of medication valued at $50.

-Reckless endangerment from 4000 block of US 39, Chelsea (parking lot/garage).

-Robbery from 900 block of Brook Highland Lane, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Identity theft from 3000 block of Indian Crest Drive, Pelham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 5400 block of US 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen was a listed vehicle valued at $5,000.

-Miscellaneous incident from US 25, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Domestic violence from 1000 block of 2nd Avenue, Calera (residence/home).

-Identity theft from 100 block of Rocking Chair Road, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from 5100 block of Colonial Park Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a glass smoking pipe.

-Theft of services valued at 30000 block of US 25, Wilsonville (other/unknown).

-Burglary from 700 block of Narrows Point Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Wittnauer watch valued at $600, a three strand pearl necklace valued at $400, a single strand pearl necklace valued at $400, a two piece teardrop pearl set valued at $200, one carrat diamond earrings valued at $1,000, a Mary Kay cellulite kit valued at $50, and Beauti Control color swatches valued at $100.

-Sodomy from US 280, Birmingham (hotel, motel).

-Property damage from Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Harassment from Eagle Crest Drive, Birmingham.

-Theft of property from US 280, Birmingham (liquor store). Stolen were various liquors valued at $286.

-Theft of property from 1000 block of Eagle Valley Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Marquee style diamond wedding ring valued at $2,500 and an Auburn class ring valued at $1,5000.

-Burglary in the III From 8000 block of US 47, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was a gun safe valued at $350, a Savage Rifle .223 cal valued at $1,000 and a Nintnedo 3DS XL model valued at $190.

-Theft of property from 8000 block of US 47, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were two televisions valued at $1,000, two Xbox controllers valued at $120, and Nintendo game valued at $150, and twelve Xbox games valued at $480, and an Xbox 360 game device valued at $300.

-Burglary from 10000 block of US 55, Westover (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from Deerwood Lake Drive, Harpersville (residence/home).

-Rape from 100 block of Lime Creek Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Recovered property from 1100 block of Brookhighland Lane, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Death investigation from 2400 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 4500 block of Eagle Point Drive (field/woods). Stolen was a padlock valued at $20 and sod.

-Miscellaneous incident from 200 block of Valentine Circle, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Possession of drug paraphernalia from US 25, Vandiver (highway/street).

-Harassing communications from 1900 block of Mountain Laurel Lane, Hoover (residence/home).

-Stalking from 1900 block of Mountain Laurel Lane, Hoover (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 400 block of Meadowcroft Drive (residence/home). Stolen was a wallet valued at $40, US Currency valued at $360, the victim’s license valued at $35, and various cards.

-Theft of property from 4600 block of US 71, Shelby (convenience store). Stolen was US Currency valued at $740.

-Theft of property from US 87, Alabaster (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a Chevrolet Silverado.

-Fraudulent use of debit card from 100 block of Mimosa Drive, Helena (residence/home).

-Domestic violence from 4200 block of US 37, Shelby (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 100 block of Biltmore Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from 9000 block of County Road 47, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Theft of property from an unknown location. Stolen was US Currency valued at $30.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 2000 block of Eagle Point Circle, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a driver’s license, a gift card valued at $25, US Currency valued at $60, a men’s wallet valued at $40, a Nike gym bag valued at $60, and Rayban Wayfare sunglasses valued at $250.

-Theft of property from 5400 block of US 280, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was the listed vehicle.
