COLUMBIANA – Cornerstone Christian, Kingwood Christian, Coosa Valley Academy and Lowndes Academy met at Cornerstone on Aug. 21 for a four-team jamboree. Cornerstone faced off against Coosa Valley while Kingwood took on Lowndes. Both games ended in a 0-0 tie and were called off due to lightning. Both teams just played two quarters and stats were unavailable at the press deadline.

Cornerstone starts regular season play against Chambers Academy on Aug. 28, while Coosa Valley will take on Edgewood Academy the same night and Kingwood will play Lee-Scott Academy in its opener the same night as well.
