Confiscated were a Glock 22 with a nylon holster valued at $500, a Sig Sauer P250 with 2 magazines, twenty-six .40 Smith & Wesson bullets valued at $600, a Remington 870 valued at $300, a Ruger single six valued at $200 and a Ruger Super Blackhawk valued at $300.

-Theft of property II from Racket Club Parkway, Pelham (bank). Stolen was $1775 in US currency.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from Bishop Circle, Pelham (hotel/motel). Confiscated was approximately 9.3 grams of suspected marijuana.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from I-65 South, Pelham (highway/street). Confiscated was a clear baggie containing approximately 4.5 grams of suspected marijuana.

 

August 9

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 1900 block of Pelham Parkway (parking lot/garage). Confiscated were approximately 9 grams of suspected methamphetamine, a glass smoking pipe containing suspected methamphetamine residue and a set of digital scales carrying suspected methamphetamine residue.

-Property damage from the 2000 block of County Road 33, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was the rear window of a 2009 Toyota Sienna in the amount of $250.

-Domestic violence from Valleydale, Pelham (residence/home).

-Found property from Highway 31, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered were a Sig Sauer P229 .40 Smith & Wesson valued at $970, a Sig Sauer magazine valued at $40, .40 Smith & Wesson Federal hollowpoint bullets valued at $9 and a black leather holster valued at $50.
