PELHAM – Pelham residents are invited to participate in the city’s annual Easter egg hunt on April 4.
The hunt will start at 9 a.m. at Pelham City Park.
“It is a city-wide egg hunt,” Pelham Parks and Recreation Director Billy Crandall said in an email March 23. “There is usually around 200-300 people at the event.”
Crandall said the city has held an Easter egg hunt for 17 years and sees a “great turnout every year.”
The event is free to attend and will include 8,500 eggs.
“All the eggs are filled with either a toy or a piece of candy,” Crandall said.
The fields will be sectioned off for ages 0-5, 6-9 and 10 and above.
Participants need to bring their Easter baskets.
The Easter Bunny will also be present.
