Several government offices and facilities have announced early closings on March 5 due to inclement weather:

-All non-emergency city of Hoover facilities will close at 5 p.m., including the municipal court, the library and the recreation center. Weather permitting, all Hoover city offices and facilities will open at normal times on Friday March 6, with the exception of the Hoover Recreation Center, which will open at 8 a.m.
