-Domestic investigation from 2200 block of US 9, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from 4300 block of County Road 26, Columbiana. Confiscated was a Ruger 10/22 Rifle, a Phoenix Arms, a North American Arms 22LR, and silver brass knuckles.

-Domestic investigation from 7400 block of US 61, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 500 block of US 315, Columbiana (other/unknown). Stolen was a dealer tag with an unknown value.

-Menacing from US 25, Vandiver (highway/street).

-Property damage from 2000 block of Highland Village Bend, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages at an unknown value were done to a retaining wall and a flower pot.

-Property damage from 100 block of Sweet Gum Drive, Chelsea (highway/street). Damages at an unknown value were done to a wrought iron post and mailbox.

-Identity theft from Solomon Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Receiving stolen property from US 280, Harpersville (highway/street). Recovered was a white 2000 Ford Explorer valued at $3,000.

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from 2100 block of US 55, Sterrett (residence/home).

-Property damage from 100 block of Sweet Gum Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Damages at an unknown value were done to an iron mail box and a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse.

-Identity theft from 900 block of Spring Garden Street, Indian Springs (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from 4900 block of M. Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unauthorized use of a vehicle from 200 block of Moss Roack Trail, Vandiver.

-Miscellaneous incident 300 block of Brandy Lane, Harpersville (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident 1200 block of US 441, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 300 block of Magnolia Drive, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen was a chocolate lab puppy valued at $80.

-Property damage from US 119 between Eagle Crest Drive and Doug Baker Boulevard (highway, street). Damages with an unknown value were done to a front bumper and grill, front passenger headlight, and a front passenger side fender.

-Criminal mischief from 100 block of Belvedere Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages with an unknown value were done to a driver’s side mirror, a driver’s side front door, a driver’s side passenger door, and a driver’s side rear quarter panel.

-Criminal mischief from 100 block of Pin Oak Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Damages valued at $350 were done to a glass door.

-Theft of property from US 280, Chelsea (service/gas station). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy III valued at $300.

-Harassment from 100 block of Wild Turkey Drive, Maylene (highway/street).

-Theft of property from 200 block of Quail Run Lane, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was US currency valued at $17,000, 2 ounces of Krugerrand valued at $2,500 and silver coins with an unknown value.

-Domestic violence-harassment from 5500 block of Parkside Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Identity theft from 200 block of Mass Rock Trail, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was cash valued at $1,190.67.

-Theft of property from 100 block of US 478, Leeds (residence/home). Stolen was a blue, 2004 Chevrolet Silverado.

-Criminal trespassing from 100 block of Crosscut Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous information from 1300 block of US 49, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from Heritage Road, Shelby (residence/home).

-Criminal mischief from 100 block of Crosscut Road, Alabaster (residence/home). Damages valued at $10 were done to a tire on a 1999 Dodge van.

-Domestic investigation from 19000 block of Retreat Lane, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).

-Property damage from Cahaba Valley Road at Mountain Lake Road, Birmingham (highway/street). Damages at an unknown value were done to a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer.

-Agency assist-suicide attempt from US 11, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Domestic violence-harassing communications from 0 block of Echo Lane (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering from 3300 block of US 10, Montevallo (other/unknown). Stolen was US currency valued at $5 and an Alabama drivers license.

-Failure to obtain travel permit from McDow Road, Columbiana (other/unknown).

-Theft of property II from McDow Road, Columbiana (jail/prison). Stolen was 8mg of Suboxone.

-Identity theft from 100 block of Mallard Circle (residence/home).

-Death investigation from 200 block of Indian Trail Road (residence/home).

-Recovery of marijuana and drug paraphernalia from 100 block of Sugarberry Drive, Maylene (residence/home). Confiscated were metal cans containing small amounts of marijuana, smoking pipes, a bottle of Allegra capsules, a bottle containing a tube of cream, an unmarked pill bottle, and a glass vial containing a white powder residue.

-Property damage (highway/street). Damages at an unknown value were done to a red, 2006 Volkswagen Beetle.

-Miscellaneous incident-suicide attempt from 100 block of Old Magnolia Way, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-False name to law enforcement officer from US 25 and County Road 43, Sterrett (highway/street).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana from US 25 and County Road 43, Sterrett (highway/street). Confiscated was 1.8 grams of marijuana and a glass jar containing marijuana residue.

-Miscellaneous incident-property damage from US 39 and US 69 (highway/street). Damages at an unknown valued were done to a Gray, Ford F150.

-Fraudulent use of a credit card from 0 block of Grant Street, Wilton (residence/home). Stolen was a Visa credit card.

-Domestic violence-harassment from 2200 block of Forest Lakes Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from 0 block of Mulberry Street, Montevallo (residence/home).

 

Jan.23

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 100 block of Little Creek Circle, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a men’s wallet, US Currency valued at $820, and a brown, Magellan sweatshirt.

-Domestic investigation from 500 block of Yorkshire Road, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Chemical endangerment of a child where controlled substance are produced or distributed from 0 block of Nelson Circle, Montevallo (other/unknown).

-Burglary from 9100 block of US 42, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were a 20” Herringbone necklace, a gold chain with a boy and girl pendants, a gold necklace with a square locket, an oval locket with mother pearl inlay, a wooden box containing several animal pins, and a gold chain with a blue topaz pendant all with unknown values.

-Identity theft from an unknown location. Stolen was a credit card valued at $552.17.

-Property damage from US 280, Chelsea (service/gas station). Damages valued at an unknown value were done to a gas pump.

-Theft of property from 16000 block of US 42, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was PEX “Shark Bite” plumbing fittings valued at $200.

-Property damage from 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road (highway/street). Damages were done to a 2010 Toyota RAV 4.

-Miscellaneous Incident from 5000 block of Caldwell Mill Road (highway/street).

-Civil dispute from 600 block of Cherokee Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from 6400 block of US 39, Chelsea (highway/street). Damages were done to a 2014 Ford Explorer.

-Domestic investigation from 300 block of US 338, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Morris Estates Drive, Wilsonville (residence/home). Damages valued at $4,000 were done to a 2992 Toyota Camry.

-Domestic violence III –harassment from 3000 block of US 47, Shelby (residence/home).

-Driving under the influence from US 31 & US 26, Alabaster (highway/street).

-Permitting dogs to run at large from 100 block of Pine Oaks, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from 500 block of US 406, Shelby (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from 100 block of Chelsea Corners Way, Chelsea (parking lot/garage).

-Domestic investigation from 3000 block of Chickering Cirlcle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident –property damage from 5000 block of Timber Hill Road, Indian Springs (school/college). Damages valued at $2,000 were done to a brick column, $250 to turf, and $250 to assorted shrubs.

-Harassment from 6200 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous information from 2700 block of US 61, Columbiana (church). Recovered were a business envelope and a handwritten letter.

-Miscellaneous incident from 2500 block of Smokey Road, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Theft of property from Forest Lakes Lane, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was a Hi-Point 9mm with an unknown value.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 5400 block of Cahaba Valley Road, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was an iPhone 5s valued at $200 and a Life Proof cell phone case valued at $85.

-Theft of property from 1200 block of Highland Village Trail, Birmingham (construction). Stolen was a square of roofing valued at $1,250.

-Burglary from 100 block of 2nd Avenue, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was 30mg of Adderall, Xanax Bars, Robaxin, a black wallet, US Currency valued at $300, and a check book.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from 21000 block of US 55, Sterrett (highway/street). Confiscated was an aluminum foil containing a white powdery substance-Methamphetamine.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from 500 block of US 280, Birmingham (hotel/motel). Confiscated was Alprazolam and 3.1 grams of Marijuana.

-Domestic investigation from 4000 block of US 26, Saginaw (residence/home).

-Property damage from 2800 block of Indian Shoals Road, Wilsonville (highway/street). Damages valued at $500 were done to a decorative steel mail box.

-Property Damage-accident from Shelby County Courthouse (government/public building). Damages valued at $200 were done to a Ford E350 van.

-Suicide attempt from US 280, Birmingham (hotel/motel).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from County Road 55, Sterrett (highway/street). Confiscated was a green pill bottle containing approximately 2 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana.

-Rape from US 30, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Menacing from 2100 block of US 9, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Property damage from 100 block of River Drive, Wilsonville (highway/street).

-Criminal Mischief from 2700 block of Portobella Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Damages valued at $50 were done to a cable wire.

-Miscellaneous incident from Shad Branch Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Miscellaneous incident from 3000 block or Ritha Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from 10000 block of US 11, Chelsea (school/college). Recovered was .5 grams of a green leafy substance.

-Theft of property from 7000 block of US 51, Chelsea (commercial). Stolen was .5 grams of Alprazolam.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from 100 block of Woodbury Drive, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen was a Walther .380 Auto Pistol.

-Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from 10000 block of US 11, Chelsea (highway/street). Confiscated was 2.8 grams of a green leafy substance, 1 gram of a green leafy substance, and a coke bottle containing burnt marijuana residue.

-Forgery II from 1700 block of Springfield Loope, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were checks valued at $30.

-Violation of protection from abuse order from 100 block of Phillips Circle, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Fire investigation from 100 block of Gilmore Nick Circle, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages were done to a residential structure.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from US 99 at US 47, Shelby (highway/street). Confiscated were small baggies containing 3 grams of methamphetamine.

-Theft of property from 100 block of Merivale Lane, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was an Alabama vehicle tag valued at $100.

-Violation of domestic violence protection order from 3500 block of North Broken Bow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from Morris Estates Drive, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Criminal littering from Teen Town Drive, Chelsea (highway/street).

-Miscellaneous incident from 25000 block of US 25, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Theft of property from 200 block of US 416, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen was a Red “Flying V” guitar valued at $3,500.

-Domestic violence-menacing from 600 block of Stonecrest Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Confiscated were a Ruger 40 cal firearm, two magazines, a Winnchester 40 cal, and a black Area arms case.

-Home repair fraud from 300 block of Elcamino Real, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was US currency valued at $46,000.

-Leaving the scene of an accident from US 139, Montevallo (highway/street). Damages valued at an unknown value was done to the driver’s side door.
