ALABASTER – An Alabaster consignment shop is looking to build on the success it saw during its inaugural sale at Pelham’s Warehouse 31 during an upcoming fall sale.
“We had such a great turnout at our March sale, so we wanted to offer it again for the fall,” Alabaster school bus driver Katrina Justice said during an Aug. 25 phone interview.
Justice said hundreds of shoppers packed Warehouse 31, which is off Lee Street in Pelham, March 12-25 to purchase children’s clothing and more during the first Ladybug Lane community consignment sale.
Spurred by the spring sale, the event organizers are planning another sale at Warehouse 31 this September.
The sale is scheduled to be open to the public from Sept. 13-20, with a pre-sale from 5-8 p.m. on Sept. 12. The sale will be open from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Sept. 13 and Sept. 20, and from noon to 4 p.m. on Sept. 14.
The sale will be open from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. from Sept. 15-19.
Those who are selling items at the consignment sale can drop off items from 5-8 p.m. on Sept. 5, from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Sept. 6, from noon-4 p.m. on Sept. 7 and from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. on Sept. 8.
After the sale is over, sellers can pick up their checks and any unsold items on Sept. 26 from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and from 5 p.m.-7 p.m.
