-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 300 block of Bowling Lane, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $300 were done to a rear passenger’s window of a 2007 Ford LGT pickup. Stolen was $15 in U.S. currency.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and possession of drug paraphernalia from Pelham Parkway, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Recovered were a small green plastic baggie containing approximately 1 gram of suspected marijuana valued at $20 and a metal smoking pipe with burnt marijuana residue valued at $5.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana II from I-65 South, MM-242, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered were three plastic bags containing suspected marijuana total weight of 22 grams valued at $100.
-Criminal mischief III from the 300 block of Bowling Lane, Pelham (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $499 were done to a passenger side window of a 2006 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon.

Stolen were a 750 milligram bottle of Peach Croc valued at $45, a 750 milligram bottle of Blue Smirnoff Vodka valued at $23, two 750 milligram bottles of flavored Smirnoff Vodka valued at $42, a 375 milligram bottle of Belvedere valued at $25 and a 375 milligram bottle of flavored Smirnoff Vodka valued at $11.

-Unlawful possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 2200 block of Pelham Parkway, Pelham (supermarket). Recovered were a white/orange colored syringe valued at $1 and a clear baggie containing approximately .2 grams of suspected heroin valued at $25.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from Cahaba Valley Road, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered were a pill bottle containing a metal pipe used to smoke suspected marijuana valued at $1, a pack of JPB 1.5 rolling papers used to smoke suspected marijuana valued at $1, a green bong used to smoke suspected marijuana valued at $1 and a clear water bottle with a socket attached used to smoke suspected marijuana valued at $1.
