Sheriff’s Office: robbery suspects ‘at large’

The Shelby County Sheriff’s Office has requested help from the public and the media in identifying and locating to suspects involved in a North Shelby County robbery.
According to a news release from the Sheriff’s Office, at approximately 11:00 p.m. on July 25, two black males, with their faces partially covered, entered the Fully Moon BBQ restaurant at 4635 Highway 280 and demanded money from the employees working behind the counter. The two suspects then fled the area, traveling in an unknown direction. They are considered to be at large.
The one suspect was described as a large-framed, light-skinned black male wearing a ski mask and armed with a revolver. The other was described as a small-framed black man wearing a blue bandana and armed with an unknown type of handgun.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, the two males are believed to have two other accomplices occupying a white sedan.
Surveillance images will be shared with the public and the media after investigators from the Sheriff’s Office have processed the footage.
