Recovered were a plastic bag containing 27.5 grams of marijuana valued at $650, a plastic bag containing 49.7 grams of marijuana valued at $1,500, a plastic container containing 1.5 grams of marijuana valued at $45, a plastic bottle containing a wire end with burnt marijuana valued at $15, a plastic bag containing .5 grams of cocaine valued at $30, $1,000 in U.S. currency and a plastic straw with white powder residue.

-Driving under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance from Cahaba Valley Road at State Park Road, Pelham (highway/street). Recovered were a pill bottle with one half Xanax, a yellow pill with “M” imprint and three unknown white pills valued at $30, a burnt spoon with residue and a bottom of a burnt 12 oz aluminum can valued at $5, a straw with residue, five orange syringe caps (four syringes loaded with suspected heroin) valued at $75 and a sealed biological specimens kit with blood and urine.
