Holbert-Moody

Miss Samantha Ann Holbert and Mr. Ethan M. E. Moody were united in holy matrimony on Saturday, March 15, 2014, at 6 p.m. at Avondale Villa in Birmingham, with Rev. Dr. A. M. Stinson officiating. Parents of the couple are Phillip and Sheri Holbert of north Shelby County and Freddie and Dell Moody of Columbiana.

Attending the bride were Lisa Bochey of Mt. Laurel, N.J., as maid-of-honor and Hannah Zarzour of Hoover and Caylie Atkinson of north Shelby County as bridesmaids.

The groom was attended by his father, Freddie Moody, as best man and Heath Holbert, brother of the bride, of Camp leJeune, N.C., Thomas Bradley Ward of Chelsea and Harrison Christopher England of Birmingham as groomsmen.

Music was provided by the stringed quartet, Felicity.

After a honeymoon in Colorado, the couple will live in Birmingham. The groom is employed by Freese and Goss, LLC, and the bride is a secondary education English major.
